Responsibilites & Duties:
Schedules patient visits for all clinician discipline.
Reviews & distributes incoming faxes to appropriate personnel.
Manages office supplies & equipment needs.
Obtains & distributes mail to appropriate departments.
Screens incoming telephone calls & assists patients & associates with care needs.
Provides clerical support to other departments as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum of 1-2 years experience working with scheduling functions within a licensed home health company.
Demonstrated proficiency in advanced office computer applications.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
