4.
Recognizes and fulfills guest food & beverage needs and requests.
5.
Participates in event set up and break down procedures; contributes to overall cleanliness and organization of facility and event location.
6.
Performs special projects delegated by management.
7.
Stays updated on latest developments pertinent to the department as well as the location.
