We are looking for a self-motivated, multi-tasking team player.
MUST be outgoing and a people-person and be able to handle the stress of the phones ringing with people waiting to check in/out at the same time.
Responsibilities include:
-Greet and direct patients -Check out patients, post charges, receive/collect payments -Verify, update, and file necessary information in the computer -Answer phones, schedule appointments -Verify eligibility and insurance coverage -Some marketing assistance -Assist Doctor or back office staff when necessary Will train for specific duties.
Hourly wage based on experience.
