Schedules patient visits for all clinician discipline.
Review and distribute incoming faxes to appropriate personnel.
Manage office supplies, and equipment needs.
Obtain and distribute mail to appropriate departments.
Screens incoming telephone calls and assists patients and associates with care needs.
Provide clerical support to other departments as needed.
