Responsibilities Snapshot:
Project Scheduling:
Create and maintain renovation project schedules using Builder Trend.
Client Communication:
Keep clients informed at every stage of construction.
Warranty Calls:
Follow our system for tracking to ensure client satisfaction months (and years) after projects are complete.
Added Line of Service:
Answer calls to field and schedule handyman calls (a whole extra line of service we offer that you pretty much get to own).
Administrative Tasks:
Handle fleet management, project documentation, and internal file upkeep.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required.
Tech-savvy:
Microsoft Office, Builder Trend, CRM software.
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with various stakeholders.
Critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational prowess.
Must love dogs! Work Hours:
8-5, no overtime.
Reporting Relationship:
Directly to the Production Manager with regular guidance from the CEO.
