This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Chick-fil-A Keller Director Team.
Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Details:
Responsible for internal and external communications in the organization to both guests and team members Embodies the values of Chick-fil-A Will serve as a key contact in the restaurant to our Keller Community Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Must demonstrate a high level of organization with the strong ability to communicate effectively to individuals and groups Must possess a growth mindset and competence to handle working in a fast-paced environment Prepare agendas for meetings, manage calendars and scheduling, note-taking during meetings, assist with employee recognition program Other duties as assigned by Chick-fil-A Keller Owner/Operator (main supervisor for this role) If desired, this part-time job could possibly be combined with another part-time role at Chick-fil-A Keller to enable you to work 30
hours/week.
Experience:
Required:
1 year experience in marketing, marketing communications, or a similar role in a related field; Applicants without prior experience running marketing campaigns and professional social media experience need not apply for this role.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
