Responsibilities Include:
Social Media Strategy & Posting (Advanced/Expert Level) Creative Content Creation For Social Media & Web Site (Videos, Graphics, Content, etc.

) Creative Content Creation For Physical Collateral (Graphic Editing) Create/Manage Mail Chimp Newsletter Create Video Content (Edit from our library or film in field) Occasionally Assist With Events (Receptions, Educational Programs, Realtor Events, Charity Events, Concerts, Etc) The candidate should have the following skill sets; Five Years Plus Active Social Media Experience Self Starter - Take Initiative Strongly Aware Of Brand Identity & Voice - Able to communicate uniquely in tune with our culture Solid Social Media Strategy - Facebook, Instagram, Pintrest, Houzz, YouTube Solid Understanding Of Analytics, Tracking & ROI Knowledge Of Real Estate/Home Building Is A Plus Knowledge/Experience/Awareness Of High End/Luxury Products A Plus Understanding Of High End Product Marketing & Positioning Solid Writing, Editing & Communication Skills Wordpress (Intermediate Or Greater) Is A Plus But Not Required Intermediate Level Of Greater Of Graphic Design, Social Media Platforms/Software, Analytics Video Editing (Premier/Final Cut) Would Be Welcomed Provide Samples Of Content - Written, Social Media, Pictures and/or Video Guerrilla Marketing Able To Present Content In Person Not Just Over A Keyboard Work Environment; Small Boutique Family Owned Company Not A Corporate Work Environment Can Work Remote If Resident Of Tarrant County (periodic meetings, events, projects will require in person attendance - primarily in NE Tarrant County).
