The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure.
This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

An ideal candidate for this position will have the following characteristics:
Task Oriented and goes the extra mile for the doctors and team Welcoming our practice members Have a Servant's heart with a great attitude Responsibilities Handling phone calls, scheduling patients, recalling missed appointments and responding to emails Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information General office duties such as faxing, shredding, printing, and copying Light cleaning, emptying garbage, and laundry for patient gowns.
Perform paraspinal thermal scans and prepare patients for digital X-rays Open and close office Candidate must A Go Getter Be organized, reliable, professional including protect confidential patient information Be outgoing and friendly as well as a good listener Eager to learn from their mistakes Be able to use a computer with basic understanding of the internet, Microsoft office, in order to run the front desk software and other programs Bilingual - Spanish Speaking is a must Job Type:
