As a Veterinary Technician Assistant, you will start from the ground up, assisting the technicians and doctors with daily duties, while also going through our extensive training program, where you will learn how to be a full-functioning, fully-trained Veterinary Technician! Veterinary Technician Assistant skills/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Restraining animals for examinations, nail trims, blood draws etc.
Assisting and overseeing technician appointments Cleaning kennels, restocking inventory and other supplies Assisting the technicians and/or doctors with various tasks Walking and feeding animals when needed Exceptional customer service skills and a willingness to help others Our belief is to provide our patients with the kind of compassion and superior healthcare that we would expect for our own beloved pets and we want a team member who also believes in this same philosophy.
We are a busy 4-doctor practice.

We have a semi-paperless system with Zoetis and Idexx lab equipment, digital radiography, ultrasound, K-Laser, dental x-ray, Cornerstone software, Smartflow software and state-of-the-art surgery and dental suites.

Pay is based on experience, skills and work schedule.
