Chiropractic Front Office Receptionist

Hours are approximately 34 - 36 per week.
Typically 3 full and 2 half days per week (Ex:
Mon, Tue and Wed full days.
Fri and Sat half days).
Office administrative skills and experience is preferred but not essential.
A positive and excited disposition is a must! We are heavy on customer service and experience! :
) Solid computer and typing skills are critical.
Main Job Responsibilities -Answer telephone to take new patient information and answer questions -Financial transactions and entering statistics online -Greet practice members entering the office -Direct patient flow to providers -General administrative and clerical support -Calling contacts to set up marketing events -Organize doctor's schedule -Maintain a neat reception area and front office Education and Experience -High school diploma or equivalent -Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures -Knowledge of computers and windows based software Key Skills and Expectations -Organized -Attention to detail -Reliability and being on time -Work well in a busy environment -Love to work with customers (we see primarily returning happy customers) If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love working with the best customers and staff in the world! we may be a great fit for you.
